😎Here comes the S-U-M-M-E-R! During a Summer morning or afternoon, we rest our mind, eat something fresh.
♦ Hibiscus sabdariffa (Roselle) Crisps
♦ Mandarin orange🍊 , cropped
♦ Kiwi fruit, cropped
🌼Crop Mandarin orange and kiwi fruit. Then put some Hibiscus sabdariffa (Roselle) Crisps and cereal on top. Serve well with fruit tea or Hibiscus tea.

🍴A very simple yet delicious Italian 🇮🇹 taste of brunch.
♦ 2 tomatoes🍅, 🔪cropped
♦ 4 teaspoon tomato sauce
♦ cheddar cheese
♦ 1~2 garlic cloves, 🔪thinly sliced
♦ Rigatoni (or any other types of spaghetti, pasta)
- Boil the rigatoni in salted boiling water for 10-12 minutes.
- Heat frying pan with oil over a medium heat. Add the garlic and tomatoes.
- Drain your rigatoni, then add it to the frying pan.
- Pour the tomato sauce toss in the frying pan, mix well.
🙂 In process 2, you could add shrimps, beacon or sausages.
P.S. This classic combination can be applied on any type of spaghetti! Try as many as you can.🍝
♦ flour and water 💦( simply buy them from grocery store)
♦ 500g meat 🍖 (e.g. lean pork 🐽)
♦ 100g vegetable (e.g. spinach/ mushrooms🍄)
♦ 1-2 teaspoon soy sauce
♦ a few salt
♦ a few green union
🚩Procedure for fillings:
Clean the meat and chop it. Cut the vegetable into small diced pieces. Mix them together. Add soy sauce, salt, and green onion into the ground meat. Stir well.
Use teaspoon to pick some fillings prepared before and put at the center of the wrapper. Fold and pinch the wrapper from the middle to the two outer sides bit by bit. You could start from the left or right in case you don’t want to start in the middle and get lost of the direction.
🚩Boiling Jiaozi (Chinese name of the dumplings):
A cooker is OK to use. Fill it with water and heat for the water to boil. when it’s boiling, add the dumplings one by one. Add in ½ cup of water when it boils. Repeat this twice again.
^^. You could also fried them on pan. It’s very simple, just add oil and fry them like what you did with the eggs!! 😉
👑Last but not least, serve your dumplings with soy-vinegar dipping source. You could buy it in grocery store.
💋My own one is self-made, it is too time consuming, but still I would roughly tell you how to make it🎇: Place some fruit (grape) into a glass container. Pour sugar and vinegar into the container. Place in a cool area without direct sunlight. Serve it after 2-3 months. 🙂

♦ 1 apple 🍎
♦ 1 cup of pomegranate raspberry juice
♦ 1 cup of soda water 🍸
♦ some blueberries & cherries🍒 (optional)
♦ ¼ to a ½ cup of brandy or vodka
♦ 1 cup of red wine🍷
^^.Crop orange, apple and cherries into slices. Then pour red wine to the fruit. . Freeze for 2~3 hours. When serve, add soda water. 😉
P.S. Don’t drive after drink. Youngsters should not drink wine.
For the others, red wine sangria is a must-try summer drink 🙂
♦ 1 kiwi fruit
♦ 1 ~2 banana 🍌🍌
♦ 1 cup of Greek yogurt 🍶
♦ 1~2 teaspoon of brown sugar
^^.Crop kiwi fruit and banana. Then mix the above ingredient together to get a fresh morning 😉
P.S. Strongly recommend Greek Yogurt!!! For its thick texture and sour taste!!
